A few years ago we started to ratchet up the amount of cocoa in some of our recipes. This 80% has the distinct fruit flavor of heirloom chocolate with the kick of a higher cocoa percentage. We recommend 3-6 squares when you roll out of bed in the morning, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or just before bed. Ok, so we recommend this for all occasions at any time of the day or night.
