Mocha
A delicious mix meant for espresso, coffee, and chai!
You will need
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Dragon Mocha Hot Chocolate Mix
- 10oz Milk of your choice
- Double shot of Espresso
Recipe
- Heat milk over stove or in a microwave carefully to avoid scorching the milk to approximately 160°F (Or Stream milk with steam wand)
- Take Milk off heat and thoroughly whisk chocolate into hot milk.
- Add espresso.
- Pour from a high height to cool and froth hot chocolate. (not needed If steam wand wasn't used)
