Bittersweet Hot Chocolate

A thick velvety European style sipping chocolate. Perfect for dark chocolate lovers.

You will need

  • scant 1/3 cup Chocolate Dragon Bittersweet Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 10oz Milk of your choice

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Dragon Bittersweet Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 6oz of water

Recipe

  1. Heat milk over stove or in a microwave carefully to avoid scorching the milk to approximately 160°F
  2. Take Milk off heat and thoroughly whisk chocolate into hot milk.
  3. Pour from a high height to cool and froth hot chocolate.

  1. Heat water to around 200 °F
  2. Stir in hot chocolate mix thoroughly.
