This creme brulee chocolate, conched and refined in our atelier in Kent, is inspired by the traditional 18th century French dessert. So what is creme brulee? It's velvety smooth with a rich taste of custard and vanilla interspersed with caramel nibs, this bar elevates milk chocolate to a fine flavor and breaks the mould of convention that treats milk chocolate as the poor cousin of dark chocolate.

Sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, crème brûlée (20%) (skimmed milk, butter, sugar, natural flavors), cocoa beans, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla. Contains Cow's milk and soya. May contain traces of wheat. gluten and nuts.
